Meet Julie

Julie will be looking after members and making sure you have just the right amount of activities to do. Julie is your go to person if you have any questions about the YourSay panel.

About our YourSay communities

YourSay and YourSay for Business are online community panels where people participate in a variety of activities which provide E.ON with key insight on their experiences of products, services or even general energy issues.

YourSay was set up to help put customers at the heart of E.ON’s business. The feedback you give us is seen and heard by people from all over E.ON’s business and directly influences the decisions they make. Your opinion really does count – and for those opinions we’ll enter you into a monthly prize draw to win one of four £25 prizes.

Here are just some of the activities which our regularly members take part in:

  • Online discussions and forums
  • Face-to-face interviews
  • Group discussions
  • Co-creation of new energy ideas and concepts
  • Interactive surveys

How will you know if you’ve made a difference?

Well, we’ll give you regular feedback in our newsletter, detailing exactly what changes E.ON have made because of your collective feedback. We also have a dedicated team of Community Managers to help guide you through any parts of the community you have a query about.

We think our members enjoy being part of YourSay too. Here’s what one had to say about their experience recently:

"I don't know of any other energy company that is as engaging as E.ON have been through their customer feedback, forums, competitions, polls and YourSay Panel. It's not perfect, of course, but I definitely get the feeling that E.ON cares about consumer feedback."
